The cart or the checkout appear in English. The translation packs are missing. Click Install now in the notice at the top (see WordPress translation packs).
I published a product and it does not appear translated. Wait a few seconds and reload. Check that Automatic translation is On in Settings and that there is balance left. If you use an unsupported page cache, purge it.
“Translation stopped: … It will try again in …” appears. It is a license or balance problem. Read the message: wrong key, key with no free sites or no characters left. The plugin tries again on its own.
“already active on all the sites of its plan” appears. The key is already active on the maximum number of sites. Free one in My account → Activations, or upgrade your plan.
Some sentences are still untranslated.
- Check Strings → To translate and Failed.

- Click Translate the site.
- Text inside
<script>is not translated.
“Some pages did not answer in the last run”. It is usually a busy server. The pages are read again on the next runs; you do not need to do anything.
Two switchers appear on the same page. The plugin avoids this in automatic mode. If the theme has a switcher from another plugin, deactivate one of them, or set the mode to Manual or Off.
The switcher does not appear. Check that there is at least one target language and that the mode is not Off. In Manual mode, you need to place the shortcode or the function.
I changed a language’s prefix and the old links give an error. Addresses with the old prefix no longer exist. Avoid changing prefixes after the site is indexed; if you do, create 301 redirects.
The login in the header fails on some pages. The page cache is keeping pages for more than 12 hours — see Page cache.
I have a staging copy. It counts as one site on the license. Translate on the live site, or free a slot for the copy while you work on it.
A copy of the plugin made with git does not update. That is intentional: the installer would replace the folder, repository included.

Deactivating and uninstalling
Deactivating the plugin stops translation: addresses with a language prefix stop working and the site shows only the source language. Nothing is deleted — when you reactivate it, everything comes back as it was.
Deleting the plugin (Plugins → Delete) removes:
- the table of strings and translations;
- the dictionaries compiled in
uploads/; - the scheduled tasks;
- all settings: languages, glossary, tone, switcher, license key stored in the database and balance.
If you defined the key in wp-config.php, remove the line by hand.
Deleting the plugin does not cancel the subscription. To free the site’s slot on the license, deactivate it in My account → Activations.
